History:

  • CC: Right flank pain
  • HPI: 40 yo female with 1 day history of right flank pain and vomiting. Patient has noted an abdominal mass to the right of her belly button. No fever/chills, dysuria or frequency. Remote prior renal US in France demonstrated renal cysts.
