

Ilan Kedan, MD is a cardiologist with Cedars-Sinai Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Health Associates. He also is the Director of Inpatient Cardiology for Cedars-Sinai Medical Group, and is board-certified in cardiology, internal medicine, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.
Dr. Kedan has special interests in preventative cardiology, cardiac risk factors, critical care cardiology, and exercise physiology.
Dr. Kedan earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine, his master's of public health at Columbia University and his bachelor of arts degree at Cornell University. He was Chief Fellow during his Cardiology training at Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Additionally, Dr. Kedan completed his Internal Medicine training at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Kedan has done research in cardiology outcomes and epidemiology of myocardial infarction in addition to cardiac imaging.
Dr. Kedan is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography and the National Lipid Assocation. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography.
On a personal note, Dr. Kedan exercises regularly and is an avid snowboarder, hiker and runner.
