Hematology and Oncology Fellowship

The three-year fellowship in hematology/oncology is part of the integrated Cedars-Sinai/University of California, Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley program. Fellows see a wide variety of patients with solid tumors, hematologic malignancies and nonmalignant hematologic diseases. Special intensive rotations in bone marrow transplantation, coagulation, blood banking, pheresis, radiation therapy and hematopathology are parts of this program. Research is required and may include the molecular and cellular biology of cancers and clinical studies in bone marrow transplantation.
