Initial Selection of Appropriate Antibiotic for ICU Patients with Community-Acquired Pneumonia
Evidence shows that patients in intensive care units (ICUs) who have community-acquired pneumonia who received the appropriate antibiotic quickly had better outcomes.
This measure reports how often patients with community-acquired pneumonia in ICUs were given the correct antibiotic within 24 hours of hospital arrival.
